Hey, I'm Sahith
I'm drawn to hard problems at the intersection of quantitative rigor and real-world complexity. I trade systematic equity options at IMC Trading in Chicago. On the side, I build AI systems and enjoy reading and thinking about technology.
I studied computer science and mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania, where I played club level volleyball and won the Class of 1880 award for competitive mathematics. Before trading, I worked on the James Webb Space Telescope ground control station at Raytheon.
Some thinkers I admire: Feynman, Deutsch, Rovelli, Ted Chiang, and Jiddu Krishnamurti. I believe the best ideas come from thinking across domains. I'm skeptical of inherited wisdom and prefer conjecture, criticism, and testing.
